		<description>It's almost as funny as Aubrey McClendon authorizing demo crews to tear everything down on either side of the Subway (connected retail spots, mind you) and its 3 or 4 parking spots immediately in front of it on 63rd &#38; Western because the Subway owner refused to accept a buy-out offer on the lease, despite all the neighboring tenants taking their money and running.

It worked, and is now an almost complete multi-story building.
